I have taken a lot of flack for this approach because I know a lot of bees shy away from Credit Cards but Mr and I are really good about ALWAYS paying off the full balance every month. Right after we got engage we got a wedding specific credit card and have been collecting miles/points for two years now. With the miles from we have been able to pay for our tickets to our wedding and even used points to pay for the hotel. Depending on your spending habits, credit cards can be a great way to make the most of your money! Good luck!Lovely Travelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16732653120164461174noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6259337041332529344.post-87296336720146255202011-03-15T11:16:26.633-07:002011-03-15T11:16:26.633-07:00Get a justice of the peace and get married when th...Get a justice of the peace and get married when the local carnival or county fair rolls into town. Get married right on the midway. Talk about saving cash! If people want to see you get married, they can pay admission. If they love you, they'll pay. Don't have a reception - play at the carnival instead!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6259337041332529344.post-28679500119099985992011-03-15T10:14:54.679-07:002011-03-15T10:14:54.679-07:00Hi CarnivalBride!! I'm glad that you have the savings to need for the oral surgery, but I completely empathize with the disappointment of putting your dream wedding on hold. I wish I could offer some money-saving tips, but I'm pretty terrible at it. :) Best of luck!toshellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12650822428133438283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6259337041332529344.post-8367160134219503932011-03-15T08:23:40.166-07:002011-03-15T08:23:40.166-07:00You could always have the courthouse ceremony and ...You could always have the courthouse ceremony and do a small (carnival themed) party afterwards!Sean Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10326658791690401591noreply@blogger.com
